The Story Behind HIITMIX®
HIITMIX® was created by Paige, the Fun Fitness Coach, whose passion for high-intensity workouts and infectious energy inspired her to change the way people think about fitness. Paige believes that fitness should be fun, inclusive, and accessible to everyone, no matter their age or experience level.
Driven by her love for HIIT workouts and a desire to prove that HIIT isn’t scary, Paige set out to create a program that combines the best of dance, combat, and high-energy intervals, making every class a party that anyone can enjoy and succeed at. HIITMIX® is the result of years of dedication, creativity, and a commitment to spreading the HIIT love.
