Judit's HIITMIX Story

Introduction
My name is Judit, and I have been doing HIITMIX since the beginning, which is October 2024, I just turned up not knowing what to expect or even who the fitness instructor would be, but I am so glad I did because it has given me so much ever since.
How Did You Find Your First Class?
My first impressions were how hard it was but also how much fun I had the same time. Paige brings so much sass and energy to each class; I walk out with a smile on my face each time and cannot wait for the next class. She has not only built a brand from scratch but a wonderful community of like-minded people.
The atmosphere in the room is vibrant, thanks to Paige and my fellow HIITMIXERS who are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. There is no judgement in class, not from Paige or the people taking the class. There are low level options available, so everyone is able to join in regardless their fitness levels.
How Do You Find HIITMIX now?
HIITMIX is the perfect blend of workout whether you are looking for a fun class to let your hair down or you have actual fitness goals. I particularly love the lights and HIITMIX's banging playlist, along with the routines. It can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be, with the low-level options being available.
What's Your Favourite HIITMIX Song?
My favourite song is Blessings by Calvin Harris and Clementine Douglas. It has become a HIITMIX anthem for me. I love the choreo, it is so energetic and sassy.
Looking Back At The Last Year What Have You Noticed?
I have come so far in just a year, I have noticed a massive impact on my mental health and overall well-being. It has not only given me results on the scale, but nothing has boosted my confidence as much as HIITMIX has. I am a shy person and struggle to make new friends. I normally used to stand at the back when taking a fitness class, it has always been the norm for me.
With HIITMIX, I slowly started moving up towards the front and cannot even tell when or how, it just came naturally. One day I found myself at the front row and she called me up to join her. It is all thanks to Paige and the safe space she created which has helped me not only to come out of my shell but I am now often doing the classes up front alongside Paige and my fellow HIITMIXERS.
How Does HIITMIX Make You Feel?
It is such an amazing feeling, which I can only describe as uplifting and empowering. It’s the confidence boost I needed so much in my life! I feel mentally and physically at my best, I can only recommend this class to everyone whether you are looking to lose weight, tone your body, or improve your mental health and confidence.
It is also great for socialising and making friends. I have never met so many like-minded people who are just supporting each other class after class with no jealousy or judgement, only positive vibes and encouragement.
Any Final Words?
To me, HIITMIX is positive vibes, sass and high energy. Not something you could experience in other fitness classes. I go to various other classes but the one class that never fails to make me feel I could do anything or be anyone is HIITMIX.
My question to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet is ‘what’s holding you back?’
If you are scared of trying it, give it a go because you’ll meet some of the most welcoming and friendly people. You’ll be joining a family of kind and hard-working HIITMIXERS. Judit sent us her HIITMIX stats from two classes one in October 2024 and another in September 2025 - and honestly, the progress speaks for itself.
In 2024, Judit’s average heart rate sat around 116 bpm, she peaked at 175 bpm, and burned 276 calories in one HIITMIX class. Fast forward to 2025, and things look completely different: 510 calories burned, 150 bpm average, and 191 bpm max across one HIITMIX class. She’s now spending nearly 70% of her workout in those top performance zones (Zones 4 - 5), compared to just 9% the year before.
