HIITMIX Hits the Stage at The International Fitness Showcase (IFS) 2026

Walking into the International Fitness Showcase (IFS) for the first time, I didn’t really know what to expect… but wow!

From the second we arrived, the energy was unreal. You could feel it in the air, that buzz of people who just get it. Fitness professionals, instructors, brands, all in one place, all bringing passion, creativity, and serious vibes. It wasn’t just an event, it felt like a full-on celebration of the industry.

The Showcase Arena

Getting to present in the Showcase Arena was a proper pinch-me moment.

Lights on, music pumping, HIITMIXERS bringing the energy… it’s hard to even put into words what that felt like. Seeing people turn up, let go, and fully throw themselves into the session is exactly why we do what we do.

No pressure. Just people moving, sweating, laughing, and living in the moment.

The Vibe Was Next Level

One thing that really stood out was the positivity.

Everyone was supporting each other. Instructors hyping other instructors. Strangers becoming friends by the end of a session. It reminded me exactly why I fell in love with this industry in the first place.

It’s not just about workouts. It’s about connection, confidence, and creating spaces where people feel like they belong.

And honestly, that’s what IFS delivered.

(We even had queues for tickets at the door!) 🤣

Grateful Doesn’t Even Cover It

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who showed up, joined in, cheered, supported, and brought the energy.

Whether you jumped into the session, came over for a chat, or even just watched from the side… it all means more than you probably realise.

Moments like this don’t happen without the people.
